Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use Pimzo's hosted tools at app.pimzo.io, including during a free trial. They are an agreement between Pimzo Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17491921, whose registered office is at 82a James Carter Road, Mildenhall, IP28 7DE ("Pimzo", "we", "us"), and the organisation you represent (you).

By signing in to the tools, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for your organisation. The tools are for businesses only, not for consumers. If your organisation has signed a separate agreement with us, that agreement applies wherever it differs from these terms.

1. The tools

1.1 You can use the Pimzo tools made available to your account. Access may be free (for example, during a trial) or paid for under a separate agreement.

1.2 Any limits on your use, such as the number of documents you can process, are shown in the app or agreed with you.

1.3 We may change or improve the tools at any time.

2. Your account

2.1 Accounts are for named individuals. Please do not share sign-in links or access with others.

2.2 Tell us promptly at hello@pimzo.io if you think someone has used your account without permission.

3. Using the tools

3.1 You may upload only documents and data that you have the right to share with us for this purpose.

3.2 You must not upload special category personal data (such as health information) or information about criminal offences.

3.3 You must not: try to access another client's data; test, probe or bypass the security of the tools without our written permission; copy, reverse-engineer, resell or share access to the tools; or use them in a way that could damage or overload them.

4. Results

4.1 The tools use AI to read documents. They are designed to check results against the source document and flag anything that needs a closer look, but AI can still make mistakes, and poor scans or incomplete documents can lead to errors or gaps.

4.2 You must check results against the source documents before relying on them. Results are extracted data. They are not legal, valuation or other professional advice.

4.3 We do not promise that the tools will be available at any particular time, or that results will be complete or free from errors.

5. Your data

5.1 Your documents and the results produced from them belong to you. You may use the results for your business, during and after your use of the tools.

5.2 You allow us to process your documents only to provide the tools to you.

5.3 Uploaded files are read and then discarded; we do not keep copies of them. We keep the text and data extracted from them in your account, so that your results stay available and the same document does not need to be read again. We do not use your documents to train AI models.

5.4 Where your documents contain personal data, we process it only on your behalf, under our Data Processing Addendum, which we will send you on request at hello@pimzo.io. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle the personal data of the people who use the tools.

5.5 We may use anonymous information about how the tools are used (for example, numbers of documents processed and processing times), which does not identify you and does not contain the content of your documents, to run and improve them.

5.6 If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them freely.

6. Our rights

6.1 Pimzo owns the tools and all rights in them. While you use them, we give you a limited, non-transferable right to do so for your internal business purposes.

7. Confidentiality

7.1 We will keep your documents and results confidential, and will use them only to provide the tools to you. You will keep confidential any non-public information about our tools that we share with you.

8. Liability

8.1 Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

8.2 Subject to clause 8.1, the tools are provided "as is". We are not liable for: loss of profits, revenue, business, savings or goodwill; indirect or consequential loss; or any loss arising from reliance on results that have not been checked as clause 4.2 requires, including a missed deadline or date (for example, a lease break or rent review date).

8.3 Subject to clause 8.1, our total liability arising out of or in connection with your use of the tools under these terms is limited to £100.

9. Ending your use

9.1 Either party may end your use of the tools at any time by email, unless a separate agreement with us says otherwise.

9.2 Before your use ends, you can export your results. If we end it, we will give you at least 14 days' notice so that you can do this, unless we end it because of a breach of clause 3.

9.3 When your use ends, access to your account stops, and we will delete your account data within 30 days, unless you ask us to keep it for longer or a separate agreement says otherwise.

10. General

10.1 We may update these terms by giving you at least 14 days' notice by email. If you continue to use the tools after that, the updated terms apply.

10.2 These terms, the Data Processing Addendum and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement about your use of the tools, except where you have signed a separate agreement with us.

10.3 No one else has any right to enforce these terms.

10.4 These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
